Hear From Our Happy Clients
Jillian was great! I needed a PA contract reviewed (having never had to sign one before), and she answered all of my questions and gave me a good understanding, line by line, of what is normal/expected in a contract and what it actually means for me. Super satisfied with my call and how quickly I was able to get in!.

I have been in practice for 20 years, and this is the first experience I’ve had working with a lawyer that has such a comprehensive knowledge of physician contracting. Anu Murthy made an otherwise daunting process, seamless and reassuring. By the time I signed my contract, I felt like I had been seen, heard and supported. She took into account who I was as an individual, my story, and in the end helped me negotiate a contract that truly addressed my needs. I am never signing another employment contract without soliciting her services. And neither should you.
Marie-Blanche T.
What an incredible concept! I got everything I needed in one company with Contract Diagnostics. Jillian not only provided her legal services, but also helped me navigate negotiation. Having a contract attorney would NOT have been enough for me, and I would not have had such a great outcome if I had gone that route. Jillian is incredible at what she does, and the value of these services can’t be beat. Worth every single penny!!

Are you a law firm?
What is the difference in your firm?
Choosing a firm to review your contract is one of the most important decisions you will make. We offer flat rates, deferred invoicing, numerous data sets, full compensation analysis and more – these are just some of the competitive advantages you will have by utilizing Contract Diagnostics. Maybe one of the most important reasons to use Contract Diagnostics is that reviewing Physician contracts is all we do. Many firms want you in their database to sell you disability insurance or investments. Other firms are affiliated with Physician recruiters. 100% of our business at Contract Diagnostics is physician contract reviews. It’s our sub-specialty!

What is the cost?
Contract Diagnostics has numerous packages to suit your individual needs and budget, starting at $250. You can review our prices and various packages for contract reviews here. Our prices are very competitive for what you will receive – but may not be the cheapest. Choosing a professional to review your contract should not go to the lowest bidder but to the firm that offers the best value. If you think about how much time and money you have invested in yourself and your training, ensuring the best review that doesn’t miss any details is the most important thing.
How long does the process take?
What kind of results with negotiation?
I'm currently on a J-1 or H1-B visa. Can you help me?
What is your experience?
Contract Diagnostics has years of experience working from all sides of the transaction. 100% of our work is in physician contract reviews. We do not sell insurance, do physician recruiting, or offer investments. We do not take cases, go to court, or sue people/companies. We only do physician contracts. Contact us and we will help with yours.

PETE
Senior Contract Review Specialist
Pete has extensive healthcare experience including 17 years of experience negotiating physician and NP/PA agreements and agreements with hospitals for several national physician provider companies. Since joining CDx in March 2020, Pete has fulfilled his desire to help physicians understand their contracts and get the best contract possible. At Pete’s past positions he saw too many physicians, NPs and PAs signing contracts too quickly when he knew the companies had room to negotiate. He also felt that the physicians, NPs and PAs probably didn’t understand the risks they took on when signing their contracts like termination provisions, noncompetes, and tail insurance. He has been thrilled to have been able to help so many physicians here at CDx through their contract processes.
