Jackie Crain received her MBA and JD in 2001 and has practiced healthcare law since then. She has served in various roles with large law firms, academic health systems, and not-for profit practice plans. In addition to serving as senior legal counsel, Jackie has served as Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, for a Florida hospital and partnered with many physicians as a member of various hospital committees, including physician compensation committees, GME committees, a specialty Institutional Review Board and medical staff bylaws committees. Jackie has decades of experience drafting and negotiating agreements for physicians, surgeons, optometrists and other specialists. Her in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, private practice and hospital-based physician groups allows her to provide customized solutions to give providers a competitive business advantage.
